Digital asset supervisor CoinShares agreed to purchase French crypto funding product supplier Napoleon Crypto SAS for €13.9 million ($15.7 million).

  • The transaction shall be settled in money and shares with the issuance of 363,636 new shares at €10.80 ($12.2) every, CoinShares announced Wednesday.
  • The deal is anticipated to be accomplished within the second week of December.
  • Napoleon offers prebuilt, noncustodial crypto portfolios catering to totally different funding targets. The portfolios are built-in with such exchanges as Binance, FTX, Bitfinex and Bitstamp.
